Cross Sea is a super fun-to-knit-and-easy-to-wear shawl that combines interlocking sections of garter stripes, representing crossing waves that occur with certain weather patterns, with a lace border that’s mimicking the foam of waves breaking onto a shoreline.

The triangular shape is one of the most versatile shawl shapes out there – you can wear Cross Sea over your shoulders, bandana-style around your neck, or with a shawl cuff or pin.

25 sts x 54 rows = 10 x 10 cm / 4 x 4” (worked flat, in two-colour garter stitch, after blocking)
