This six-inch square is worked primarily in double crochet and crossed double crochet stitches. Other stitches used are slip stitch, chain, and single crochet. Instructions are given for making the crossed double crochet stitch. The pattern includes two versions that vary slightly with placement of the rounds of crossed double crochet stitches.
