Crossers are knit in an all-over stitch pattern that combines different knitting techniques: textured diamonds. bordered by eyelets for a lacy look, are embedded in stripes in Stockinette stitch which form crosses thanks to small cables. An interesting to knit pattern which crosses the ‘borders’ between different techniques.

The socks are knit from the cuff down with heel flap and gusset. You can choose to work the pattern either from the charts or the written instructions.

The pattern includes two sizes: Women’s M and L to fit leg circumference 18.75 (22.5) cm 7.5 (9)“. Leg length including heel results in 24 cm (9.5”) when knit as given in the pattern. Foot length is adjustable.

Material: 1 skein of fingering weight yarn with a yardage of approximately 400 m (440 yds) per 100 g.
