The pattern gives directions for three sizes/styles of cross bookmarks. All use No. 9 steel hook or hook size needed to obtain gauge.

One small cross (5.5” / 14 cm long with fringe)
40 yards / 37 meters desired color size 10 crochet cotton thread.
12” white .25”-wide satin ribbon

One medium cross (6.5” /16.5 cm long with fringe)
Size 10 crochet cotton thread: 40 yards / 37 meters each of two colors.
18” white .25”-wide satin ribbon

One large cross (7” / 18 cm long with fringe)
75 yards / 69 meters desired color size 10 crochet cotton thread
15 yards / 14 meters gold lame thread
18mm red ribbon rose
