Introducing my brand new fingerless mitts pattern, “Crossing Into Fall.” This is an intermediate level pattern due to the front and back post double crochet stitches that create the “X” on the back of each hand. On a positive note, this pattern is worked in ONE PIECE with NO SEAMING, which makes these beautiful mitts a quicker project. The thumb opening is created by working the corresponding two rows flat instead of in the round as used for the rest of the pattern. I hope you enjoy this unique yet straightforward pattern.

*** THIS IS A DIGITAL DOWNLOAD OF A PDF CROCHET PATTERN, NOT A FINISHED PROJECT ***

Pattern as written uses 1 skein of Lion Brand Landscapes yarn in color Coral Reef. Additional supplies needed are a size H (5.0 mm) crochet hook, scissors and a tapestry needle.

This is an intermediate level pattern. Stitches used are slip stitch, chain, single crochet, double crochet, front post double crochet and back post double crochet.

Finished measurements are: length 7”, cuff to thumb opening 5” and circumference 9”.

Happy crocheting!
