Crossing the Line Baby Blanket
Garter stitch enthusiasts rejoice! Marlaine DesChamps has created the all-garter stitch Crossing the Line Baby Blanket, in four colors of baby-friendly Simply Soft®. Knit on circular needles, each of the four squares are joined to create a sweet and simple geometric pattern that will complement any nursery decor.

9701 White (MC): 3 skeins
0017 Lemon (A):1 skein
0007 Aqua Mist (B):1 skein
9709 Lt. Country Blue (C): 1 skein
4 colors, 6 balls total
U.S. 8 (5.0 mm) circular needle, 32”/81.5cm long
Squares are worked diagonally, from corner to corner.
Make 4 squares. Sew together so that stripes form a cross in the middle of the blanket. Pick up edge stitches for border. Sew corner seams to finish.
