A modern baby sweater pattern for boys and girls. The sweater has very minimal shaping, which makes it very easy to knit, suitable for beginners.

The letters are either knitted in, using stranded knitting, or added later, using duplicate stitch. The boy version shows duplicate stitch, the girl version is done using stranded knitting.
The pattern comes in three sizes:

0-3 months
3-6 months
6-12 months

Materials: 100 g DK ( or a light Worsted Weight)yarn in main colour
50 g in contrast colour
Yarn Suggestion: Cascade Anchor Bay
Knitting needles: 3.25mm or US3 and 4mm or US 6
short circular knitting needle 3.25mm or US3, no circular knitting is used, it just makes it easier to work the neck-binding
