Crownless Granny Sun Hat
This is a quick & easy project and if you have a lot of hair it’s the perfect sun hat! There are 2 slightly different patterns to choose from but they both have the same basic design. The first pattern is for a medium weight cotton yarn and there are 4 sizes to choose from: 17½” (19”, 20”,21”) circumferences. I am wearing the 20” size in the picture. The second pattern is crocheted using paper raffia and there are 5 sizes to choose from: 17”(18½”, 20”, 21”,22”) circumferences. I am wearing the 21” size in the picture. The pattern uses basic American crochet terminology, it is worked in the round and if you have experience with reading a written pattern this is a great pattern for a beginner. It is written English (American) directions only
