Hello! I have created another crystal inspired piece. This one is extrememly versatile and totally customizable. I have included a graph from Stitch Fiddle, so that you can use the chart and work it in most crochet or knit stitches! ( I did not include knit instructions, however if you know how to use a simple chart you can probably figure it out.)

this pattern has not been tested

This piece uses 7 colors of yarn, two strands of each. The background color uses 2 large balls of yarn and two smaller balls of yarn. You can scrap bust with this one as well. you definately do NOT need full skeins of yarn for this pattern. Use what you have

I call it a baby blanket, but its more like a mat. If you make four pieces, you can make a nice throw, and if you don’t have any babies around, a meditation mat, or wall hanging.

I have to announce that I did make a booboo when working my pattern. I did my surface crochet on the wrong side! That means, my instructions and charts are written correctly, but I just flipped the work over and did all the detail work on the back side. It doesn’t really matter which side you use, but you will see the chart and notice that my work pictured is a mirror image of the chart.

The size is 24 inches wide, 23 inches long, using a J hook, and double stranded acrylic yarn. You can make it larger by adding more border rows, or smaller by omitting them.

Please tag me on instagram @Tarpancaravan to show me the results of my patterns! I am so excited by what I have seen done so far. I love it! Thank you so much!
