Crystallography Curtain
Images from X-ray crystallography and snowflakes collided when I designed this panel curtain. Mixing two laceweight but very different textured yarns adds another level of interest. Make this in these sophisticated creams for a crisp, vintage old-lace look, or try vivid blue-green-purple colours for a spectacular stained glass feel. The motifs could also be used to create an ethereal scarf or shawl. This vintage looking curtain uses basic stitches to makes the motifs which are joined together in the final round.
