Crystallon
Crystallon is a scooped-neck triangular shawl worked from the top down, with lacy stitch patterns inspired by ways that water can crystallize. Optional drop beads on the final row are a subtle tribute to the pattern’s name, which means “frozen drop” in Greek. (Beads may be replaced with picots if desired; pattern includes instructions for both.)
Crystallon was designed for a gradient, but will also look lovely in solid or tonal yarns. For best appearance, choose a fiber that will hold its shape after blocking.
