YARN USED FOR SAMPLE

• Baby Bee – Sweet Delight
• 60% acrylic 40% Polyamide
• 4 ounces (115 grams)—377 yards-(245 meters)
• 1(2—2—2—3) skein
• 1 ball contrasting color For your cardigan to be the correct size, it is not the brand of yarn that matters, but the GAUGE that is important. It is best to refer to the yardage to determine how many skeins or balls to purchase.

FOR A SUBSTITUTE YARN

SUGGESTED NEEDLE SIZES

• Size 6 (4 mm) needles; or size needles to obtain the correct gauge
• Size 3-(3.25 mm)-two double pointed needles for I-cord bows
• Size F (3.75 mm) crochet hook for the crochet edge

NOTIONS

• Gauge ruler
• Yarn markers-a thin cotton yarn (#10 crochet thread is great to use as yarn markers) in a contrasting color
• Separate tracking sheets for each size- included with pattern
• Three size 3 hooks and eyes
• Sewing thread to match Main Color yarn

- 23 stitches and 31 rows = 4 inches-(10 cm) in stockinette stitch on
size 6(4 mm) needles
