This is a stab at modelling the Cambrian cutie Opabinia (c. 500 million year old), contempory with Anomalocaris and Wiwaxia (both coming soon…) in DK yarn. This strange beastie probably hovered the sea floor a bit like an aquatic Henry vacuum cleaner.

I managed this in 15g of DK wool with a scrap of a contrasting colour for the eyes. It is about 9 inches long.

What do you do with it? No idea - please let me know… 8-)
