As soon as Erika Knight launched her Big Fur Wool yarn it was just calling me to knit a Bunny! Here is the result.
I have trimmed it with printed fabric, it would be even more special if it was trimmed with fabric from a favorite piece of baby clothing.
Guage is not important, but you need to make a firm fabric so that the stuffing doesn’t come out.the bunny is about 30-35cms tall.
This bunny take just one skein of yarn. It gets a bit tricky when you are increasing for the tummy, but keep going and you will suddenly see the tummy appear.
You will also need:
A large eyed, blunt sewing up needle
2 buttons for the eyes
A small piece of felt for the nose
Toy filling
Sewing needle and thread to attach the eyes and nose
Scraps of fabric for trimming
Ribbon to tie around the neck
