This Cuddly Rhino is knitted in a fleecy bouclé yarn to make them extra cuddly, perfect for hugs, plus they have a knitted scarf for chilly days.

Designed by Amanda Berry @fluffandfuzz, this pattern is knitted in DK yarns on single pointed needles (not in the round).

NEEDLES
A pair each of 3.25mm & 3.75mm single pointed knitting needles (US 3 & 5).

RECOMMENDED YARN
The fleecy yarn used was Sirdar Snuggly Bunny DK in the grey shade “Puppy”, and used one 50g skein. For the feet and scarf, Sirdar Hayfield Bonus DK (double knitting/light worsted weight) 100% acrylic, using less than one 100g/280m skein in each of light grey and purple.

NOTIONS
Tapestry needle, toy filling, buttons for eyes, and embroidery thread to add the mouth and eyebrows.

SIZES
One size only - 18cm tall (seated).

TECHNIQUES
For confident beginners and above, other techniques used include casting on and off, knits, purls, increases and decreases, and seaming to finish.
