this pattern adds a lovely texture to the leg of your socks.
you can either follow the pattern as it is or just take the pattern contents and do your own thing. each pattern content can be mixed and matched to create the pattern you want!
you can use this pattern for knitted items other than socks (and with different yarns) as well - it would be cute for cushion covers or on the sleeves of a sweater.
however: i have noticed that the bobbles don’t come out well when worked with single spun yarn.
make sure to practice the bobbles on a swatch before you try them on your project. they are not hard to do but knowing how they work before you dive in and start a sock is not a bad idea…
