These socks were designed after I wanted a different construction for the Cuff of the Sock to ensure that they protect the wearer against blisters when running, walking or exercising. They also help to stop the sock from slipping down. Since I like to raise the bar with each new pattern I design, it has a Lace pattern provided only in Chart form. The Lace makes this a dainty design, which can be worn to pander to your femininity, daily.
Skill Level: Intermediate.
Materials
100 gms fingering weight, 1 ball of Berroco Vintage Sock 400m 52% Acrylic, 40% Wool, 8% Nylon
Two 2.5mm circular knitting needles (or size to meet gauge). Needle size is only a suggestion. Use a larger size or a smaller size, to get the gauge in Stockinette st when washed & blocked.
Stitch markers, Darning needle, Scissors and a Measuring Tape.
