This is a PDF pattern for my cuff’s shrug pattern, rewritten to be knitted in lace weight yarn. One size. The shrug is knitted using lace weight/2ply yarn (I’ve used Beaker Button Bountiful lace in the example). This pattern is knitted flat and sewn up along the edges.

This pattern would be suitable for someone with knitting experience. It has a simple cable and simple lace motifs.

Tension: 10cm x 10cm square = 26 sts x 30 rows after blocking, size 4mm needles, yarn needle for sewing up sides.
Beaker Button Bountiful Lace 100g skein, 1200m. The shrug in the photo took about half a skein.
18 Dorset buttons, instructions are in the pattern.
I used a contrasting lace thread (used doubled) for my buttons. You need 75m of lace or 40m of 4ply and 18 brass rings 2cm across. You will also need a blunt needle.
