Cultivar Cardigan
A botanical motif gently climbs the front bands of Cultivar, and subtle details emerge at the sides and cuffs. Side shaping, set-in sleeves, and button-front closure give this a classic look, and the garter stitch collar, broken rib and bobble details give it texture. The collar, shaped with short-rows, frames the neck gracefully.

Construction notes
Cultivar is worked from the bottom up. Fronts and back are worked together on circular needles, back and forth, to the underarms. They are worked separately from there. Sleeves are worked flat, and set in and seamed during finishing. Button bands are picked up and worked at the end. Stitch patterns are charted.
