This pattern is for a two-stranded Jayne Cobb hat that will keep you warm and looks as authentic as gorgeous. I developed the pattern by looking at other people’s products and blending their ideas with my own from watching Firefly.

The pattern is descriptive because it gives you step by step directions as you go and is very easy to follow. My gauge is not too loose and not too tight, so if you’re an extreme gauge knitter, you may have to adjust.

3 different adult head sizes are adjusted for: small-average woman’s, big woman’s/small-average man’s, big man’s.

Materials needed are disclosed in the pattern, but are very easy to acquire (Vanna’s Choice and Caron Simply Soft yarns). You will need 1 skein per color which means 3 skeins altogether, but you may be able to make 2 hats with them

Now go knit and be cunning!
