Cup Cake Scarf
Diya was the recipient of my ‘Baby Doll Scarf’ and she loved it so much that now that her grand mum’s visiting her shortly, I thought I’d whip up another one. She loves icecream and cupcakes.. so choice was easy.
She loved the ‘little pocket’ I’d designed on that Baby Doll Scarf, so I thought I’d make one here too.

I’ve made two ‘hats’ to go with this as well - one as a beanie and one a beret/slouchy.
The pattern uses simple basic stitches and uses U.S terminology.
This pattern has been tested using :
a) D K Ply yarn - Vardhaman Millenium ; 100 g / 330 yds ; 4.5 mm crochet hook ;
b) D K Ply yarn - Vardhaman Millenium ; 100 g / 330 yds in one colour + 20 g / 60 yds in 2nd colour ; 4.5 mm crochet hook
c) ..about 330 yds , US 7 crochet hook ;
Comments :Instructions complicated at first, but pictures were a big help and I finally figured out the pattern. Pictures were extremely helpful. It works up really fast and took me about 3 hours to complete. Scarf is extremely pretty. Can’t wait to redo it.
Skill level by tester :Intermediate definitely, but beginner maybe just from the helpful photos
