This a fun and quick gift project for yourself or a friend using left over scraps of yarn. I saw many knitted versions of the sweater cozy, but couldn’t find a crocheted one, and then I decided to take it up a notch by adding a fun decorative top like those warm fair isle sweaters that just scream fall/winter to me.

I used Vanna’s choice for mine, I find the acrylic provides enough protection from the cup, but you can definitely use a cotton yarn if you would prefer.
