This adorable hat pattern comes in 5 different sizes, perfect for your little cupcake of any age! :) The bottom ribbing is knit in the round, the ruffle is knit flat and then attached to the ribbing, and the decreasing at the top is also done in the round. Mix and match colours for that perfect baby gift!

Materials Required:
100m of DK-weight yarn in each of 2 colours (one for the bottom ribbing, one for the top “cupcake icing”)
Scraps of yarn or embroidery floss in your choice of colours (optional)
3.25mm double-pointed needles
