This pattern is 5 pages long and contains plenty of photos to guide you through every step of the process. It is written using US crochet terms.

To make this purse I use Patons DK Smoothie yarn. This yarn is 200m per 100g so it is a bit thicker than most other dk yarns! Please check the details on your yarn labels - any yarn of a similar length per 100g would be suitable for this pattern.

Please note, to make this coin purse you will also need an arch frame purse clasp that is 9cm wide. These are available on ebay or in various craft stores (including wool warehouse in the UK).

This pattern contains both front post double crochet (fpdc) and back post double crochet (bpdc) stitches. Please do not let it put you off if you are unfamiliar with this stitches, as there are lots of youtube tutorials available!
