A layered ruffled skirt where each ruffle is joined to the previous one by knitting the stitches together, one stitch from each layer. 5 ruffles total. Elastic is used for the waist. 2 sets of 16” circular needles are needed.

1-3 balls of recommended yarn are needed per ruffle, depending on size chosen.
