Cupcake Topsy-Turvy Doll
The Original Cupcake Doll Knit Pattern
This pattern is BEGINNER FRIENDLY!
I have been ramping up my knitting skills to take my Crochet Cupcake Doll Pattern and convert it to Knit so that more yarn enthusiasts could enjoy my creation. If you happen to be a child of the 90s like I was, then perhaps this doll will bring back some familiarity. They were a series of dolls with plastic skirts which when turned inside out transformed into edible goodies with their hats becoming the icing. They were also scented. I thought wouldn’t they be cute and fun in crochet and knit, too! This pattern is beginner friendly and has instructions to create it flat and circular so that knitters of any level of experience can create this adorable doll. It also includes plenty of photos to provide a visual aide as you work up this beauty.
Some have called it a Topsy-Turvy, reversible, or 2 in 1 doll.
This pattern was fully tested by testers with varying levels of experience.
This pattern is written in US Terms and measurements. Includes instructions for creating this design flat and circular, as well as, a Print Friendly version.
