A stylish beret that uses short rows and a brioche stitch for shape and texture. Best worked in semi-solid or solid coloured yarns.
Correct sizing is dependent on row gauge for width and stitch gauge for length, with row gauge being the most important aspect to consider when subbing yarns.
Requires: 100g/329m/360yds
To fit size: 18/19 (20/21, 22/23) inches, 46/48,
(51/53, 56/58) cm
Finished size: 15.5 (18, 20.5) inches, 39.5 (45.5, 52) cm
Errata:- 7/3/08
Cast on row should say -
Using waste yarn, cast on 45 (50, 55) sts.
(2nd size says 49 instead of 50, 50 is correct)
