Note
Knit from the top down starting from the turtleneck.
Knit the collar ruffle using CC, and then knit the turtleneck in Twisted Rib (K1tbl, P1tbl) with MC. Proceed in Half Twisted Rib (K1tbl, P1) and increase for the body. At the hem, knit a ruffle with CC again and bind off.
For circular knitting, always slip BORM even when not stated in instructions.
