If you love to knit cables, then this cushion cover by Amanda Jones will be a treat to make. Decorated with a pattern of knots, twists and double moss stitch, the fabric is highly textured. The cover is knitted in one piece, and includes a deep section of ribbing on the back, on which the buttonholes are worked. The cushion feels soft and squishy, thanks to the use of Stylecraft’s Alpaca DK yarn. This is hardwearing enough for home furnishings yet has a luxurious feel; it comes in 14 sophisticated shades.
