This garment is lovely worn with a T shirt underneath for keeping the body warm in the early or late summer. A lovely cozy feel to it as it is knit using moss stitch throughout. Although it was knitted using Aran weight Bare undyed yarn, I overdyed it to represent a coastal colour way which looks wonderful on. The double layered front is both flattering and cozy at the same time and the back is knitted with a gentle curve at the bottom.
This is the Aran yarn weight version but look out for the DK weight version coming soon.
Gauge
16 sts 28 rows per 4 inches using Moss Stitch throughout and 5mm needles. Please do a tension swatch to ensure that you knit the correct size.
Materials required
Aran weight Merino yarn used was from Yarnundyed.net but most Aran weight yarns would give similar results. If in doubt make a tension swatch as this is 5ths best way to ensure a good fit.
