A lace edged scarf that sits nicely on the shoulders without sliding off. It can be worked with 150 metres of dk or worsted; dk will result in a light airy shawl and worsted or heavy worsted will be more cozy. Gauge is not important unless you knit very tightly then a larger size needle is recommended of course.
