These cozy slippers are filled with cushy thrum to keep toes toasty even on the coldest of Canadian mornings. The thrumming technique is easy to learn, and written instructions are included with a link to a video that may also help.
Knit from the sole up in one piece, the best part about these slippers is that you can wear them as soon as they are knit! The sole uses a two needle in the round technique, then you move into knitting on one needle in the round for the rest of the project. There are two icord sections, and a short row toe that add enough structure to the slipper that it won’t slide off your feet.

Although the slipper does fit up to a man’s size 9, I have had many requests for a larger man-sized version. It is in the planning stages, and should be out in a couple of months.

There are Kits for this slipper by Fleece Artist Yarns that will be available soon online at Like a Fox Woolery and Brodie Hill Studio
