This pattern uses simple crochet terms such as single crochet and slip stitch. There are only two sections (and therefore two pieces) that need to be crocheted. You will have to sew the corn into the husk, but that shouldn’t be too difficult.

Below is a list of the materials & abbreviations. Of course, please know that having these exact types of yarn is not required. Make it out of what you have and use whatever colors you’d like!

Abbreviations:

• Sc - single crochet
• Inc - increase
• Dec - decrease
• Ch - chain
• MR - magic ring
• St(s) - stitch(es)
• Rd(s) - round(s)
• Slst - slip stitch
• Sk - skip stitch
• R followed by a number - the current round you are on
• • repeat anything in the asterisks the number of times required
• - number of stitches you should have by the end of the round
