Yarn – Vinnis Colours Nikkim (cotton yarn) – approx 60 yards (50 meters) for basket and approx 10 yards for edging (8 meters); Weight – DK (11 wpi) 3 : Light.
Hook – 3, 50 mm (E) – I used Clover
Scissors
Yarn needle

Abbreviations: US Terminology
CH – chain
SL ST – slip stitch
SC – single crochet (UK – DC)
HDC – half double crochet (UK – HTR)
DC – double crochet (UK – TR)
TR – treble crochet (UK – DTR)
BLP – back loop

Gauge:
With yarn listed and 3, 50 mm (E) hook final basket should measure 2 inches in length and 5 inches in diameter (5 x 13 cm).
However gauge is NOT necessary for this project to be perfect

Finished Size:
Basket – 2 inches in length and 5 inches in diameter (5 x 13 cm).
