This is an easy-to-follow tutorial.
If you follow the pattern, it will fit for about 2-10 year old baby/child but it’s easy to make it smaller or bigger.
You can just add or decrease some stitches :) Also depending on the yarn you use, it will stretch for 1 inch or so.
