SKILL LEVEL: Intermediate (You need skills in working with a long Eyelash yarn)

FINISHED SIZE: approx. 20 cm (8 inches) tall using the materials stated in the pattern.

MATERIALS AND TOOLS :

1. Long Eyelash yarn. I used 150m/100g of yarn called Samba by YarnArt (color 64) and 2.5 mm steel hook. I took only 50g.
2. Any yarn you would like. For my hedgehog in this crochet pattern, I used 390m/100g of yarn called Lanagold Fine by ALIZE and 1.75 mm steel hook. I took only 20g.
3. Black yarn for nose crocheting.
4. Polyester toy stuffing.
5. For toy’s head I used one 28 mm T-shaped split pin, two washers of 9 mm and two disks of 25 mm. You can also use a thread for its fixing.
6. Plastic buttons for making eyes. I used buttons of 8 mm.
7. Thread and needle for tightening.
8. Pastel and paintbrush for tinting.

RECOMMENDED YARNS:

• Samba by YarnArt (color 64),
• Decofur by ALIZE (color 1378),
• Vanessa by Vita Fancy (color 5264),
• Trafka by Visantia (color 2001),
• Eyelash Grey Shades by ICE yarn,
• Травка by Color City (color ”чернобурка”).

If you do not have these yarns, then try to find any other long eyelash yarn in the hedgehog color in your region.

ABBREVIATIONS:

• ch – chain;
• sc – single crochet;
• ss – slip stitch;
• dec- decreasing;
• inc - increasing (2 sc in 1 st);
• x 6 times – to repeat six times;
• MR - Magic ring;
• ps - Puff Stitch
• sc3tog - single crochet three together;
• +1 sc - 1 sc of the next Rnd (shift stitches), move the beginning of the Rnd after the last worked st.

VERWENDETE MATERIALIEN

1. Ein Effektgarn mit langen Fransen. In meinem Fall - Samba YarnArt (Farbe 64) 150m/100g, Häkelnadel 2,5mm. Verbrauch - etwa 50g.
2. Die Hauptwolle in meinem Fall Lanagold Fine ALIZE 390m/100g, Haäkelnadel 1,75mm. Verbrauch - etwa 20g.
3. Wolle in schwarz für die Nase.
4. Synthetische Füllwatte.
5. Ein Splintgelenk für den Kopf: Т-Splint von 28mm (1 Stk.), 2 Stk. U-Scheiben - 9мм und 2 Stück Pappscheiben von 25mm. Sie können den Kopf aber auch annähen.
6. Plastikknöpfe für die Augen. In meinem Fall mit einem Durchmesser von 8mm.
7. Eine Puppennadel und ein starker Faden für die Einspannung.
8. Pastellkreide und ein Pinsel.
