The initial idea for these cows came from a sweet little brown Jersey calf my husband had when we were first married. He was more of a pet than anything for a couple of years. :)

This pattern is five pages long (in American English), in both PDF and Microsoft Word formats. Along with the picture of the two cows seen here, it contains 8 photos of the process to help guide you through the pattern. It’s not complicated and contains simple stitches. I appreciate when patterns tell me why they’re leading me in a certain direction, so I’ve tried to incorporate that as well.
