Pattern is a ‘pick n mix’ style pattern, you simply choose the elements you want to make an animal of your choosing. I made an owl, bear, cat, bunny, dog and elephant from ONE pattern! How is that for value?

Yarn and hook size is just what I used, you can use whatever yarn you like, just size your hook appropriately. When using different weight yarns, the head part may come out larger or smaller proportionally to the blanket part. Meterage is just an estimation.

Pattern is 9 pages long with 8 photos and 3 diagrams. I also explain the basics of making your own binding and blanket square (this step is completely optional, other options are also listed.)

You will need 8ply yarn in your chosen colours,embroidery thread, yarn needle, stuffing, stitch marker, 50cm x 50cm square of Minky or Coral Fleece fabric (if making own blanket square), 2.2m of 25mm wide binding or fabric to make binding (if making own blanket square), matching thread, sewing machine (optional, can be hand sewn, just takes MUCH longer), and hand sewing needles.
