Cutie Scotish Princess (inspired by Merida from Brave)
Cutie Scottish Princess (inspired by Merida) doll is ready for a fun adventure! Merida is about 8” tall when finished. Pattern is loaded with photos and includes full version and printer friendly version.
Gauge is not important in this project as long as you keep consistent tension throughout.
Skills needed to complete this project:
Crochet in the round
Crochet in rows
Single crochet stitch
Basic knowledge of embroidery
Will need to be able to attach single strands of yarn for hair, however, basic directions are included.
Materials:
Worsted weight yarn in following colors: peach, dark green, orange, brown, gold
Specific yarn brands and colors originally used are included in pattern.
Crochet hooks F & G
Yarn needle and sharp embroidery needle
Embroidery thread in black
2 - 9mm safety eyes and washers
1 - pipe cleaner (preferably brown)
Patience! ;)
You do not need more than 1/2 skein of each of the yarn colors listed. Size of skein refers to yarns used on original project as listed in pattern. Feel free to contact me with questions.
