This cute, warm and fluffy cardigan is perfect for upcoming chilly fall evenings. the elbow-length sleeves, the loose opened front, the set in pockets and the nice fit of this top-down seamless garment are perfect beginners or for the knitters looking for an easy knit!
Since it’s knit top-down, you can easily adjust the pattern as you go for the best fit.
When I designed this cardigan, I was picturing myself in a classroom, frozen. I wanted something easy to wear, practical, and without too much frills and ruffles. A basic! I decided to do elbow-length sleeves so they wouldn’t be in the way while taking notes. And the pockets, perfect to carry some pocket change, at the break, to go buy a coffee!
About the yarn: I knitted this cardigan with handpsun 100% Alpaca froma small Alpaca farm. You can use any DK weight yarn, or a yarn that get the recommended gauge with 4mm / US 6 needles.
