CONSTRUCTION

The hat is an easy-going yet elegant beanie in stockinette stitch adorned with a brim in 3-color mosaic knitting and textured hem.
Starting with provisional cast-on, the brim is worked first. It is intended to be wide, being the focus point. Then, starting with the live stitches of the provisional cast-on, the body is worked in stockinette stitch in main color. The crown is formed by fast decreases in wedges to allow close fit.

The design is intended for Drops Air or any aran weight yarn, suitable for colorwork.
