Once I finished this design, my husband wanted to wear it the next time there was a hat day. He works for a school district and sometimes the adults get to have a bit of dress up fun.
A fast and fun knit, not taking much yarn. Certain to start a conversation where ever you wear it!
For adult head sizes, 22” to 24” and child sizes 20”.
You will need:
MATERIALS
Doubled Worsted Weight yarn or Chunky yarn - 3 oz (22” adult), 2 1/8 oz (20” child) main color, scraps for eye, horn and wings
Size 10 ½ knitting needles
Size 8 knitting needles
Size 4 knitting needles
Size J crochet hook
Skills needed:

Decreasing
Working flat
Stockinette stitch
