This pattern is inspired by Cynder, a character from the Legend of Spyro game series as well as the Skylanders series. She is a strong, magical dragon and even though she possesses a dark, ominous power, she is a good friend to Spyro and helps him on his adventures.

To make this pattern, you will need:
• G crochet hook (4.0 mm)
• Worsted weight yarn in DARK PURPLE, PINK, GRAY, and WHITE.
• Fiber-fil stuffing
• 16 gauge jewelry wire
• Needle with large eye

Other materials:
• White felt and black, white, blue, and purple fabric paint for eyes and markings (optional)
• White sewing thread and needle or fabric glue (for attaching eyes) Black embroidery thread

This pattern is at an intermediate/difficult level pattern due to the use of wire, but the instructions will help teach you how to use it correctly. For this pattern, you should know how to crochet in the round and in rows, increase, decrease, single crochet, half-double crochet, slip stitch, and change colors.

This pattern has 14 pages of detailed instruction in English with color photos of the work-in-progress and finished-product to help guide you along. Finished product measures about 8” tall and 12” long, depending on your yarn and tension. Wings and tail are poseable with wire.
