Cynthia cardigan
A classic cut cardigan with distinctive crochet buttons.
A versatile cardigan, effortlessly matching with almost anything. Fitted shoulders, classic fit, minimal round neck, and crochet buttons that are integrated into the design using the same yarn, are the main features of this pattern.
The cardigan is worked top down. First, the back yoke is worked flat, shaped with increases. The fronts are done separately before picking up and knitting the sleeve stitches along the shoulders. At this point, the yoke and sleeves are shaped using the contiguous method. The sleeves are worked seamlessly in the round.
The button bands and neck are worked by picking up stitches. And the buttons are crocheted.
The model in the picture is 169 cm / 5 ́75” tall and wears a size 2.
