I designed the “Cynthia” Pattern with a bulky cotton yarn (normal hook size varies between 4 and 5). I chose to use a smaler needle (hook size 3,5) for a compact look.

The pillow has a diameter of 44 centimeters. I did’nt exactly work a gauge pattern for you, because the pattern is worked with rounds.
So it you intend to use a smaler yarn & needle work a few extra rounds.
If you want to use even larger yarn than mine, just skip the last rounds in the instruction.
