Cyril the Squirrel
Amigurumi Crochet Pattern
Cyril the Squirrel is the Head Gardener at Nutsford Manor. He’s naturally well equipped for the job with his huge bushy tail, which he puts to use to sweep the garden clean. Every autumn you’ll find him gathering up the fallen leaves and twigs in his wheelbarrow, ready to make bonfires to warm the chilly evenings. One of the perks of the job is being able to collect enough acorns and horse chestnuts for his supper too, plus a few to stash away in his pantry ready for the winter!
Pattern also includes instructions for Cyril’s wheelbarrow, carrots and leaves.
When made with a size C (3.25mm) hook and light worsted weight yarn Cyril will measure approx. 8” (21cm) tall.
Suggested safety eye size - 12mm
Just change the hook size and yarn weight to make different sizes.
This pattern is written in American crochet terminology and includes a handy stitch conversion chart so you can translate to British crochet terms instead should you wish to.
