This pattern is suitable for many worsted weight wools.

Gauge is not critical (but will effect hat size!)--Loose knitter can use smaller needles, or make a smaller size/tight knitters can use larger needle or make a larger size.

The 3 versions shown are each knit from a different worsted weight yarn--and all are roughly the same size.
