These mittens are a reular men’s size, and they measure approx. 30 cm total length (22 cm hand and 8 cm cuff). Circumference is approx. 23 cm (11.8” total length, and 8 “ circ).

Gauge:
32 sts & 30 rows per 10 cm (4 in) in two-stranded stockinette in the round.

Materials:

• Yarn: I used Rauma Finull, a 2 ply wool yarn, 175 metres (191 yds) per 50 grams. Main colour approx. 45 grams and contrast colour approx. 30 grams (1 skein of each colour).

• Dpns size 3.0 mm

• Stitch holder or scrap yarn for thumb stitches

• Darning needle

These mittens are designed using traditional Norwegian elements of the Selbu tradition.
