Daenggi is a Korean traditional hair ribbon. Along with Hanbok, it has more than a thousand years of history back from Three Dynasty Era. Daenggi is a silk ribbon decorated with gold prints or embroidery of animals, various characters, or flowers.
“Daenggi Scarf” is a modern interpretation of traditional Daenggi. The scarf is worked with double knitting technique so it is double sided. The pattern includes tutorials to help you improve your double knitting and reversible colorwork technique.

This pattern comes with two patterns - a butterfly and a leaf - and a photo tutorial.

Skill level : Intermediate
Recommended for those who can double knitting and two-handed knitting.
