Daffodil Life Cycle

Years ago at my son’s Waldorf preschool, I fell in love with peg dolls. Then sadly I realized how fiddly it was to knit their tiny clothes. So I gave myself the goal of designing non-fiddly ones. Now after many years and with much joy I have knitter-friendly peg dolls! Hooray!
To make a knit peg doll, you’ll need: One 12mm wooden bead for the head, one pipe cleaner for the body, scrap yarn (in pretty colors), a set of dpns and one free evening! You do not need a wooden peg doll.
Happy Knitting!

I am obsessed with making these. They knit up so quickly and my toddler loves them. Absolutely perfect for using up scraps. This pattern is amazingly detailed and fabulously written. (Riyahn)
